Diazinon 60 Cattle Composition Contains per ml. : Diazinon 600 mg. Solvents ad. 1 ml. Dosage For external use: Sheep : 1000 ml Diazinon 60% per 2400 litres of water. : The maximum effect is achieved from the product when treatment is applied 12-16 days after shearing.Generally where infestation is not heavy, one treatment will suffice, in case of severe infestation of scab mites, retreatment is recommended after 7-10 days. In case of severe infestation of lice treatment after 2-3 weeks. Cattle:1000 ml Diazinon 60% per 1000 litres of water. :In case of heavy investigation of lice occurs , retreatment after 3 weeks is recommended. :For control of mange mites, 2-3 applications may be necessary at 10 day intervals. :For control of ticks, retreatment after 21 days may be needed. Notes for dipping: Do not mix with any other dip. Replenish the bath as directed when level falls. Another case animals passing through the bath at a low level will not be as effectively treated as those animals treated earlier. Animals must be completely immersed once for at least one minute. Care should be taken that animals do not swallow the wash. As product Contains organophosphorous compounds, an interval of at least 14 days should elapse between dipping and dosing with any drench containing an organophosphorous compound. Animals should never be dipped on a full stomach or when heated, tired, thirsty or suffering from wound or open sores. Withdrawal times - Meat : 28 days after the latest treatment. - Milk : 7 days after the latest treatment. Note : Cattle producing milk for human consumption should be treated immediately after milking to allow as long as interval as possible (at least 6 hours) before next milking.
