Inhibition of the transmission of insect axonal parts has the effect of avoiding, knocking down and killing insects. Lambda-cyhalothrin Solution for Animal has broad insecticidal spectrum, high activity and quick efficacy. COMPOSITION Each ml contains: cyhalothrin 50mg. PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTIONS: Pyrethroids, including lambda- cyhalothrin, disrupt the normal functioning of the nervous system in an organism. By disrupting the nervous system of insects, lambda- cyhalothrin may cause paralysis or death. Temperature influences insect paralysis and the toxicity of lambda- cyhalothrin. Lambda- cyhalothrin affects a variety of indoor and outdoor insects when they eat or touch the chemical. Lambda- cyhalothrin has properties that may repel insects. INDICATIONS High-efficiency, broad-spectrum, quick-acting pyrethroid insecticides, acaricides, mainly contact and stomach toxicity, no systemic action. ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE Spray or soaking bathtub Spraying:Dilute 20 ml product with 20 liters of water (1: 1000),stir until completely homogeneous mixing. Soaking bathtub: Dilute 10 ml product with 10 liters of water (1: 1000),stir until completely homogeneous mixing. Bathe the entire surface of the animal, especially infested areas, such as barbs crotch, ears and so on. CONTRAINDICATION Not to be used in lambs less than one week old. For the prevention of blowfly strike; do not administer to animals of less than 12.5 kg bodyweight. Avoid treating very young lambs if the weather is unseasonably hot. Toxic signs in mammals are tremors, hyperexcitability, salivation, choreoathetosis and paralysis, rarely leading to death. Usually, the signs disappear rapidly and the animals recover, generally within a week. There is no specific antidote but symptomatic therapy can be given if considered necessary. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD Meat and offal: 8 days. Milk: Not to be administered to animals producing milk for human consumption, nor in pregnant dairy ewes within 2 weeks prior to parturition.
